Application Note: Optimizing T Cell Expansion and Anti-Cancer Efficacy

Overview

The study highlighted in this application note demonstrates the critical role of media and cytokine supplementation in optimizing the ex vivo expansion and functionality of T cells.

Our findings demonstrate that both serum-free Nutri-T media and traditional serum-containing media, when supplemented with Sartorius RUO growth factors and cytokines, effectively support the growth and proliferation of human T cells.

The data also supports the potential of serum-free media formulations in achieving high-quality T cell cultures, which is crucial for the scalability and reproducibility of CAR-T cell therapies.
