StreamLink^® CC 15 - Novel Sequential High-Throughput Clarification and Purification of Monoclonal Antibodies for Cell Line Development

The cell line development industry is constantly seeking innovative solutions to remove bottlenecks and maximize throughput. Upstream tools such as the Ambr^® 15 platform address many of these problems, but time-consuming sample preparation and analysis can slow down cell line development activities.

The StreamLink^® CC 15 is a combined clarification and purification system that accelerates cell line development workflows using high-throughput, automated sample processing. In this application note, we show the results of a customer development trial that showcases the performance of the StreamLink^® CC 15 in a mAb process.
