Incucyte® Neurotrack Analysis Software

Incucyte® Neurotrack Analysis Software Module (Cat. No. 9600-0010)

The Incucyte® Neurotrack software module allows users to automatically process Incucyte® images and to analyze neurite dynamics with or without labels in living cells in each well of a 96- or 384-well plates. The algorithm masks and quantifies each image and returns neuronal cell metrics including neurite length, branch points, cell body area and number of cell clusters. These metrics are visualized in full time course plots for each well in 96- and 384-well plates. Analyses can be performed directly on phase contrast images obviating the need for cell labels in monoculture experiments, or on fluorescent images using non-perturbing probes as may be required in reagents for co-culture systems models.
