Poster: Octet® BLI systems – Unmatched Versatility for Discovery, Development and Quality Control
Authors: David O. Apiyo | Last updated: February 2022
Overview
Traditional methods for analyzing kinetics of biomolecular interactions such as enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) are often cumbersome and may require rigorous sample preparation. In addition, ELISA may not provide the information required for confident understanding of a drug molecule’s mechanism of action (MOA). Alternatively, the 96-well sample plate-based Octet® family of instruments provides researchers with an easy-to-use, real time, label-free system that can detect interactions of a diverse range from small molecules to proteins to viruses.
