Poster: Rapid Multiplexed Profiling of Antibody Dependent Cell Cytotoxicity
Traditional methods for profiling antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC) rely on homogenous live/dead assay readouts. These assays lack contextual and correlative value.
This poster highlights how a multiplexed ADCC assay using the Intellicyt® iQue Screener PLUS overcomes these limitations by discriminating between effector and different target cell populations and measuring multiple cell death endpoints, while simultaneously quantitating secreted proteins/cytokines in the same well.
