Robust and Swift: Efficient One-Step Clarification Methods for AAV & LV Harvests

On-Demand Webinar

Clarification of mammalian and bacterial cell broths can be challenging when it comes to managing filter capacity and maximizing product recovery. Body feed filtration is an innovative technique that can revolutionize your filtration processes. The use of filter aids such as diatomaceous earth creates a permeable filter cake that retains most cell fragments while ensuring high product recoveries.

Experts from Sartorius present case studies showcasing the robustness of body feed filtration using diatomaceous earth. Gain valuable insights into its applications for cutting edge processes involving adeno-associated viruses, lentiviral vectors, and monoclonal antibodies (mAbs). Watch this on-demand webinar to explore how body feed filtration can improve your clarification processes.
