Webinar Series: Your mRNA Process, Simplified
With mRNA vaccines serving as a major component in the fight against SARS-CoV-2 and the continued development of therapies against various indications, the need to produce mRNA has never been greater. In this three-part webinar series, experts from Sartorius demonstrate how improved processes, analytics, and tools are key in meeting that demand.
Part - 2: Break Down the mRNA Bottleneck with Rapid Analytical Strategies
In part two of the 'Your mRNA process, Simplified' webinar series, we continue to explore how improved processes, analytics, and tools can help meet the unprecedented demand for mRNA. Analytical strategies for plasmid DNA and mRNA process optimization and in-process control can shorten process development times, provide rapid and accurate quality control assays, and make processes even more robust. In this webinar, we discuss the minimal analytical HPLC method toolbox needed to cover the widest spectrum of mRNA process steps from development to QC analytics.
- Learn how to resolve the analytical bottlenecks in mRNA processing, notably in plasmid DNA purification and linearization, and the optimization of IVT reaction conditions
- Discover how analytical HPLC with CIMac columns can improve in-process control and quality control of the mRNA production process
- Understand the value of rapid analytics during process optimization, for process monitoring and final quality control
- Review the real-world results of analytical strategies implemented in mRNA production
